Always wanted this series to come out on DVD and now it has. Had forgotten a lot of it, but am really impressed with all the mythology involved (this came out in 2000, before Lost, when X-Files was about the only big mythology show out there), not to mention how much cutting edge effects work they were able to do (for the time) on a TV budget. Too bad Yancy Butler's personal demons got in the way of the show going any farther.

I am reminded why I didn't like it but I'll try to watch the whole series.

Just bought the Complete series, can't wait to watch it. Especially since they only aired the 1st episode on basic tv and then put it on cable.

It's a shame Yancy Butler's personal problems caused Witchblade to be cancelled after a season. I miss it.

Disk 5 - This show keeps getting weirder. Fascinating, but weird.

Watching some more of my beloved show, I know now either my memory isn't as good as it use to be or I had missed episodes when it originally aired.

Episode 3 - "Diplopia". Irons is NOT helpful in this ep. Sara meets Gabriel. Sure wish this series had continued past two seasons! So much more story might have been told.

Would REALY have liked this series to continue - even if they had to replace Yancy.

Disk 4 Talk about some game changing. Rewound damn near the whole season!

Witchblade ...the pilot episode. A show produced in Canada to save on casting and film location costs. It's pretty good for a comic-to-TV translation.
