Okay I might sound stupid, but I believe that this could happen. What if chemical and biological warfare should occur, it could possibly cause mutations in a large percentage of the worlds population! Not everyone would be affected, and the ones immune would have to learn to survive this!!! Sorry, just my thought on the situation.
