Towards a skin-deep reminder of mine, as well as a tribute of respect: Big Boss.

Ever since my first game of the series I played, I always had massive respect for the story told about the darkside of politics. From the sea of the Patriots, to the freedom of Outer Heaven, all the way to the sacrifice of a well-respected patriot known as The Boss. At the end of the story, was Big Boss' confessions.

Before, I respected who he was, but to see him poor his heart and soul out... I think it's a clear reminder that people have their raw emotions that eat them whole for a lifetime. I walked away since with a whole new respect for the man simply named John. It quickly turned into pity, and such pity turned into grief.

The death of Big Boss solidified true oblivion within responsibility. His life signified the life of a anti-hero, who accomplished all god's name and world's end. The biggest deed is his undying respect for his mentor/best friend.

I shall play to see him once more.
