Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagh! Ran for 5 minutes, exercised for 30, then ran again for 10. I feel like a limp noodle and I'm gonna be soooooooore when i wake up.

Laurel Ritscher I started off with yoga and didn't feel all that bad until I decided to run that second time. Apparently ten minutes is too much for me right now. :P -
Laura Well there are some studies that suggest 30 minute work out every other day might be more effective than pushing it every day because you give your muscles time to rest. -
Laurel Ritscher @tangochan85 I've heard that too, and I hadn't been pushing it for the last couple days in that way. (Bicycling instead.)
