Great acting as Oliver in David Lean's classic version of Dickens's Oliver Twist. In later life producer of The Goodies, The Fall & Rise of Reginald Perrin, The Good Life, Mr. Bean & Fawlty Towers(1st season). Furthermore was producer &director of the earliest episodes of Monty Python's Flying Circus.

Just brilliant vocalist, musician & composer.

Not as half as good as Roeg's 'Walkabout' or Noyce's 'Rabbit -Proof fence imho. However it is still worth watching thanks to Nick Cave's fine screenplay and John Hillcoate's assured direction.
